TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed on this page. Failure to comply after purchasing a commission will result in a blacklist and, if severe enough, the rights to the work being revoked.
General Terms
- All prices are in USD.
- I will only take payment through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp.
- I WILL NOT begin working before receiving payment. At least half of payment must be given upfront, and some types of commissions require full payment upfront (specified in the description of those types of commissions).
- If you require a commission to be finished by a specific deadline, you must tell me upfront before sending payment. Otherwise, I have no obligation to adhere to the deadline.
Usage
- My work is for personal use only unless I explicitly state otherwise. If you'd like commercial rights to my work, you may discuss it with me and we can discuss an extra fee.
- Do NOT associate my work with AI/Cryptocurrency/NFTs or use it for them under any circumstances. I will not make exceptions for this.
- You are allowed to post my work/share it publicly as long as you credit me. You can credit any of my socials.
Refunds
- Until I begin working on your commission, you may cancel for a full refund at any time.
- If I have begun working on your commission, I will not refund unless I am unable to complete the commission (in which case you will receive a full refund).
Process
- If you're interested in commissioning me, contact me on the given socials (contact/queue tab).
- TAT can vary depending on commission type, generally from anywhere within one week to 2 months. I will give an estimated TAT upon request.
- You will receive a WIP to approve at ever stage of the commission (sketch, lineart, color) with the exception of PWYW Doodles. More WIPs can be given upon request, but please be reasonable. Do not spam me for updates.
- Revisions for each stage should be requested when the WIP of said stage is given. Edits past that (ex. lineart edit after I've started coloring) may be denied or require a fee. However, if I've made an error in the design, fixing that is free.

- ANYTHING I deem too uncomfortable, even if it's not explicitly on this list

It's basically a cleaned up sketch. These generally don't take me as long as proper lineart.

CLEAN LINEART
Clean lineart. Line thickness may vary, you can request thicker/thinner lines (feel free to point out specific examples in my gallery as a point of reference).
Bust / Halfbody / Fullbody Prices:
Uncolored: $5 / $10 / $15
Colored: $10 / $15 / $20
Cell Shading: $15 / $25 / $35
Blended Shading: $25 / $35 / $45

TINY ICONS
A very small bust drawn on a 200x200px canvas. These can be sized up by multiples of 4 (ex. 800x800 px) without causing any problems with the resolution, but they'll all come on the tiny canvas. Comes with a simple background.
Turnaround time is usually very fast, as they're easy to do. Payment for these must be fully upfront.
These come at a flat price of $10. Complex designs may be simplified as needed.

MISC PIXEL ART
Larger pixel art of more than just a bust. Backgrounds are easier to do with these.
Generally drawn on 200x200 to 400x400 pixels, but can be resized to be larger.
Halfbody / Fullbody Prices:
Colored: $15 / $20
Shaded: $25 / $35Price of backgrounds can vary based on complexity and if you want them shaded, but expect somewhere in the ballpark of +$5-$20

Lil guys. Exact size varies but they'll generally not be taller than 1000px. I like to get somewhat interesting with the poses but also the can just be standing there too. Don't usually take too long.
These come at a flat price of $15. Complex designs may be simplified as needed or complexity fees may be charged.

PWYW DOODLES
A silly doodle done on one layer with a crunchy brush. The TAT on these is a lot faster than my other art unless you're paying for a lot of them. You may give specific prompts, or let me run wild if you like.
The minimum price for these is $5. The amount of detail and how much of the character I draw depends on the offered price, and if you'd like multiple doodles (please specify if you want that) I'll split the price between them. If you want me to use color on some that will reduce the number of total doodles.
I can also color these if you want.
